International Cultural Heritage Residency 2026 at Panemunė Castle
From 9 to 16 November, Panemunė Castle will host the International Heritage Residency. Applications can be submitted until 18 September.
During this week-long residency, the main focus will be on the revitalisation of historic sites and their sustainable management, with particular consideration given to the context of Lithuania’s National Cultural Route of Castles and Manors. The residency will be led by international heritage expert Assoc. Prof. Dr Melinda Harlov-Csortán, a member of ICOMOS, and Dr Marius Daraškevičius.
Applications are open to PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, architects, conservators, heritage researchers and cultural managers.
The organisers will fully cover the costs of accommodation, all meals, and local transportation within Lithuania.
